Tuner Battlegrounds is a bracket-style tournament facilitated online by Performance Auto & Sound Magazine (PASMAG) at www.tunerbattlegrounds.com.

Tuner Battlegrounds will be integrated into Spring Bash as an award category, similar to a "People's Choice" award.

To compete in the Tuner Battlegrounds Category, Tuners (competitors) must be registered at www.tunerbattlegrounds.com/register (Spring Bash to be selected in the "Event Affiliation" field) by Thursday, March 14, 2013. 8 Tuners will qualify and be selected to enter the Battle Stages (competition rounds). In the Battle Stages, Tuners will be paired off to battle each other, one Stage after another, and 1(one) Tuner (from each Battle) will advance to the next Stage.

How to advance to the next Stage? When the Battle Stages begin, Tuners must obtain votes* at www.tunerbattlegrounds.com. Rather than PASMAG's internal staff acting as judges to select the winners, that responsibility will fall in the hands of the audience (the fans, show-goers and friends and family of the competing Tuners). With a click of a button, the audience will be able to vote and choose their winners, one Stage after another. At the end of each Stage, the Tuner with the highest number of votes will advance to the next Stage.

FINAL STAGE: The Top 2 Tuners will battle against each other ON-SITE at the event by gathering votes via text. A Text-to-Vote telephone number and Voting Short Code will be assigned to the 2 Tuners to gather votes. Voting will be available on Sunday April 7, 2013 between 10:00AM and 3:00PM. The Winner will be announced on Sunday April 7, 2013 at 3:00PM.

*During the Championship Bracket, Voters are limited to one (1) vote per IP Address each 24 hours of the posted Selected Competitors. In the Final Stage, Voters are limited to one (1) vote per telephone number of the posted Finalists
